By accessing and using the Archeion Research Repository, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the system, including students, faculty, and staff of Tarlac State University.
1. Eligibility
Access to Archeion is restricted exclusively to registered members of the TSU academic community. Unauthorized access or use of another user's credentials is strictly prohibited.
2. Academic Integrity
Archeion employs content similarity detection technology to uphold academic integrity. Any attempt to manipulate, misrepresent, or circumvent this system constitutes a violation of TSU's academic policies and may be subject to disciplinary action.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the platform solely for legitimate academic research and reference purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content within the repository without proper attribution and authorization is prohibited.
4. System Access
The Archeion development team and college administration reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any user found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the repository.
5. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
6. Data & Privacy
Archeion collects only the information necessary for account management and repository operations. User data is not shared with third parties and is handled in accordance with TSU's data privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All research papers submitted to Archeion remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Submission to the repository grants Archeion a non-exclusive license to store, display, and index the work for academic purposes within TSU.
