Archeion collects only the following information upon registration: full name and institutional email address. No additional personal data is required or stored beyond what is necessary for account authentication.

Collected information is used solely for authenticating user access and identifying registered users within the system. Users may browse the research repository, view trend analysis, and use the SBERT-powered similarity check feature.

3. Data Sharing

Archeion does not sell, trade, or share personal user information with third parties. Research documents in the repository are viewable only by verified TSU users for academic reference purposes.

4. Data Security

All user data is stored within secured institutional infrastructure. Standard security measures are employed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of personal information.

5. Retention

User account data is retained for as long as the account remains active or as required by TSU's institutional records policies. Users who wish to request removal or correction of their information may contact the College of Computer Studies.
